Return policy

Right to return

You have the right to return your product within 14 days without giving any reason. The return period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. In order to exercise the right to return a product, you must inform us by email to our address info@guidomaggi.ch within 14 days from the goods delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with the instructions to send the goods back.

Effects of return

If you return a product, Safijen Fashion International GmbH will refund the amount paid. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and within 14 days from the date of receiving your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your desire to return a product to us.

The return postage is free.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods within 14 days from the delivery date. Please ensure that the goods are unworn (except to try on), complete of any related accessories and in their original packaging. They can be returned to our courier DPD or to others that you prefer.

The right to cancel does not exist for the supply of goods that are bespoke, made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. It is however at the discrection of the seller to reimbourse 70% of the amount paid.

Right to exchange

You can ask for an exchange within 14 days from the goods delivery. You must inform us by email to our address info@guidomaggi.ch within 14 days from the goods delivery.

The goods can be replaced with items of the same price or with another item paying the difference, in case it costs more, in addition to the shipping costs.

For each item purchased, the customer is entitled to 1 exchange for the same style/price.

Customized items or made with any specific requested modifications are not eligible for exchanges.

If the returned item cannot be accepted because it is not in compliance with the above mentioned details, the user will be contacted and informed. In this case you will have the purchased products back paying the shipping costs, if you refuse such terms Safijen Fashion International GmbH reserves the right to keep the product and its amount.
