The following applies to all goods in our own warehouse: All orders received by 5 p.m. (Monday to Friday) are sent on the same day and usually arrive on the morning of the next working day.

Shipping is free of charge throughout Switzerland including Liechtenstein with Swiss Post.

We hold a stock of more than 100 shoes models in our Swiss store and we are committed to always having the latest models available. However, due to the variety of models in the GuidoMaggi’s portfolio with more as 1000 models, some products may not be available in the Swiss store and must be ordered from the factory,  resulting in an additional waiting time of approximately 15 working days.

Safijen Fashion International GmbH. denies any liability of any shipping complications whose responsibility is held to the shipping clerk. If we receive a communication from the courier declaring that the parcel has been lost, stolen or damaged, we will send the parcel again quickly. The insurance coverage is valid until the delivery of the product.
